We recognize that strong Health and Safety performance is essential to our long-term success and to the responsible development of our mining and mineral exploration activities.

RGT is therefore committed to:

1. Maintaining safe and controlled operations across all exploration, mining, extraction, and logistics activities, ensuring the prevention of work-related injuries, incidents, and ill health.

2. Setting clear Health & Safety objectives that support continual improvement, and communicating these expectations to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.

3. Complying fully with all applicable Nigerian regulations, international standards, and industry best practices related to Occupational Health and Safety.

4. Identifying, assessing, and controlling all workplace hazards and operational risks, ensuring that mitigation measures are properly defined, implemented, and monitored.

5. Ensuring full worker participation, including consultation with employee representatives in the development and review of Health & Safety procedures and systems.

6. Providing appropriate training, resources, equipment, and support to ensure that all personnel carry out their duties safely, competently, and responsibly.

7. Embedding Health & Safety principles into every aspect of our work, from field operations to administrative tasks.

8. Continually enhancing RGT’s Health & Safety Management System to ensure it remains effective, relevant, and aligned with evolving operational needs and industry requirements.
